Villa Inkognito

A four-story neoclassical House built in the 1870’s as a summer home up the slope from Oslo’s centrum serves as a private boutique complement to the grand Sommerro Hotel, connected by a small footbridge. The Studio has converted the site into a luxuriously layered, intimate singular small Hotel with 11 lush bedrooms and all of the benefits of Sommerro’s amenities just meters away, The existing layout, paneling and extensively decorative plaster ceilings are restored and decorated in a comfortable pastiche of turn of the 19-20th century style rounded out with locally sourced antiques. With bedrooms on the upper floors, the 1st floor consists of a variety of plush quarters including a Music Room, Library, Bar, Dining Room and open Kitchen.
